Ryan Magee

President & Chief Executive Officer

Ryan Magee is the President & CEO of Cority. Since joining the company in 2012, he has supported all aspects of the business, helping the organization scale while ensuring it was on strong financial ground. Ryan started in an Accounting and Finance role, but quickly added to his responsibilities. In 2014, he began supporting the Human Resources and Legal departments. In 2017, he took over as GM of Cority’s IQS division and later led the complete IQS/Cority integration. Ryan has played a pivotal role in Cority’s growth and expansion, leading the company’s Corporate Development and post-merger integration initiatives. Ryan has over a decade of experience working in the Software and Technology industries, where he has helped many companies scale and grow.

Emily Crawford

Chief Revenue Officer

Emily Crawford joined Cority in 2025 as Chief Revenue Officer, having served in Sales and Sales leadership her entire career. Emily oversees Cority’s Sales and Partner teams to drive vision and value for its customers and partners globally.

Emily has a long track record of producing results and increasing customer intimacy while transforming culture and team engagement. Prior to Cority, Emily was appointed Senior Vice President of Americas Sales at Alteryx. In that role, Emily was responsible for $700M of ARR, topline revenue growth, and customer engagement across all verticals and segments in the Americas. Her experience played an important role in Alteryx’s Private Equity transition in early 2024 as she led her team’s GTM transformation.

Alteryx followed a 16-year career at Cisco, where Emily held various sales leadership roles in both Enterprise and Webscale markets. As VP of the Enterprise Central Area, Emily led a team of over 275 salespeople, sales engineers, and product specialists to deliver $2.4B in revenue as the company evolved from hardware systems to a software and services focus. Prior to Cisco, Emily spent 7 years as a Sales Account Manager at Sun Microsystems during the fast-paced dotcom “boom”.

Emily is a proud alumna of Columbia Business School (M.B.A.), Duke University (B.A.) and Waseda University in Tokyo. A native of Ohio, she has enjoyed living and working around the country including New York City, Chicago, and San Jose, California. She currently resides in North Carolina with her husband Chad and three children Daphne (11), Stella (9) and Roscoe (7). She is a patron of the arts and enjoys swimming, dancing, singing, and cheering for her kids in their various activities.

Amanda Smith

Executive VP of Strategy

Amanda Smith has spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of technology, people, and purpose. With a background in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, she has built her career around helping organizations use technology to create healthier, safer, and more sustainable operations.

Over two decades, Amanda has held leadership roles across product, strategy, and customer-focused initiatives, contributing to the evolution of modern EHS and sustainability software. Her work has centered on understanding how people actually use technology, how organizations create value through better decisions, and how connected data and thoughtful design can improve outcomes for workers and communities.

Today, as Executive Vice President of Strategy at Cority, she draws on this experience to champion a strategy that stays grounded in what customers need most: solutions that are practical, scalable, and built to create lasting value.
